Welcome to Klover Piano Studio’s website.
Our piano studio offers piano and guitar instruction and piano tuning services.
Lessons are in progress now! If you are interested in enrollment in fall of 2013, please contact Annette Klover at email@example.com. We offer a free getting-to-know the teacher meeting with our instructors, Annette and Morgan. We are happy to sit down with you and to answer any questions that you might have about lessons with us. Thank you.
I am proud to announce my assistant instructor Morgan Zearott. Morgan offers lessons on the piano and guitar. Morgan is a very talented musician. He is a specialist in classical style, jazz theory, and is a composer. He has worked in digital transcription of the silent film score to “Napoleon” with Zoetrope Studios and is a member of various performing ensembles in the Lewis-Clark Valley and Moscow/Pullman/Palouse, including work as orchestral pianist with the Washington Idaho Symphony. He has studied with Dr. Michael Zearott and Annette Klover, served as pianist for the United Methodist Church of Clarkston and has recently worked in Portland, OR and in Bellingham, WA. Morgan offers lessons in piano, guitar, and music theory. He is available for musical engagements and offers piano tuning throughout the region.
Now offered by request: ”How to Teach the Piano”. I want to pass along my nearly 40 years of piano teaching experience. I am interested in “apprenticing” future piano teachers. Studied will be all of the existing piano methods, etude repertoire to teach, how to run a business, handling recitals, as well as all aspects of what it takes to be a professional piano instructor. This project can be accomplished in the course of a semester or over a year and will be customized to each person who enrolls in the training. I will give the apprentice teacher the knowledge and tips learned over a career that they’ll need to have to be successful in operating their own piano studio.
2012-2013 lessons are now winding down for the season! Please contact me if you’d like to begin lessons this summer. My fall/winter/spring schedule is very full but I am always willing to try to accommodate students who are willing to diligently practice. I have time in my schedule for home-schooled students as well as adults who can schedule lessons during the mornings. My after school hours and early evenings are quite busy. I have had to start a waiting list for new student enrollment, other than the morning hours just mentioned.
My assistant, Morgan Zearott, is still accepting new students.
